Vice President, Product Support Services
Pamela serves as AINS’ Vice President of Product Support Services. As Vice President, Pamela is the escalation point for all customer and implementation-related issues. Pamela also runs the implementation team for AINS’ FOIAXpress and ATIPXpress solutions, the maintenance renewal program, and heads the inside Sales team.
Prior to joining AINS, Pamela worked for nineteen years at GXS, serving as a Manager for Customer Support, Software Product Engineer, Manager for Manage Service Support Engineering, and Director for Customer Service Manage Services. Pamela received her Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and is both GreenBelt certified and ITIL certified.
