A Letter to Our Community

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that we are here to support you during these difficult times. AINS has taken several precautions to ensure that we can continue delivering quality software and services without interruption.

Access to our secure facilities has been restricted to critical personnel only. In accordance with guidance from federal, state, and local authorities, all AINS team members have been required to telework since March 13.

AINS actively encourages our team to follow strict hygiene and sanitization procedures as well as to limit social contact. All team members are required to use telephone and other virtual means of communication instead of in-person meetings. With dedicated workspaces free from interruptions and access to corporate resources and tools via our secure virtual private network, remote team members are fully engaged in their work and are in constant contact with their peers. All SaaS subscriptions will remain available per the applicable Service Level Agreement.

I am proud to say that we have not experienced issues with productivity and we do not foresee any delay in delivery under current contracts. In fact, productivity has often increased as a result of the ways we’ve been able to leverage available technologies. I often remind my team of the importance of helping our customers realize the opportunities of digital transformation, and we are no exception.

We thank you for your patience through these uncertain circumstances, and we look forward to continuing to support your mission no matter what tomorrow brings.
