Federal Employees Can Now File and Manage Requests Online
Gaithersburg, MD – August 6, 2019 – In July, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) expanded its Public Portal to allow federal employees to manage equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints. Through the Portal, federal employees and applicants can file complaints, request hearings for EEO complaints, and file appeals.
The Portal, which was built by AINS, offers a streamlined process so that any user can facilitate and manage his or her own complaint process. With the addition of a progress bar, assessment questions, and a document uploading feature, the Portal enables a much more intuitive process beyond phone calls and emails. The Portal also contains an admin module built on eCase, where administrators can use the user interface (UI) designer to build form templates, and configure web services and security settings.
The successful implementation of the portal is another indicator of how federal agencies look to AINS for comprehensive and secure solutions to their dynamic business processes.
