AINS is proud to announce our 13th Annual Stevie® Awards Winners, Pamela Ackley and Caroline Ige. Ackley, Director of Support Services, and Ige, FOIAXpress Trainer, both received Bronze in the categories of Contact Center Leader of the Year and Contact Center Professional of the Year.
The Awards were presented at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada in February. Ackley, who attended the event, said it was a positive experience.
“I met a lot of great people,” said Ackley. “Everyone was very open and willing to share their success stories about how to put the customer first.”
Ige was unable to attend the event, but expressed her gratitude. “I am honored and humbled to receive this award,” she said.
The women have, combined, more than 35 years of experience in customer support. Both women take pride in their work.
“I enjoy training and supporting our customer base,” said Ige. “The most important thing for me is communication, taking ownership of issues and keeping the customer updated.”
“I love customer service,” added Ackley. “It’s one of the few jobs where you can have multiple experiences in a day where you can change somebody’s outlook. You can pick up the phone, and someone on the other end might be upset, but by the time you hang up they’re happy.”
