On January 16th, AINS was notified that two of our amazing help desk support staff are confirmed finalists for the 13th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Caroline Ige and Pamela (Pam) Ackley, our very own Product Support Specialist and Director of Support Services, were nominated in mid-December as Contact Center Professional of the Year and Contact Center Leader of the Year, respectively. They emerged as finalists among other customer service professionals from such companies as Dell Technologies, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, and VIZIO, Inc.
In addition to serving as support staff, Caroline is AINS’ primary Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Trainer. In both roles, she not only works hard to ensure that customers are assisted with their specific needs, but she keeps them informed with the newest updates surrounding FOIA and our constantly-evolving products..
As the Director of the Support team, Pam is the escalation point for all customer and implementation-related issues. Pam also runs the implementation team for the company’s Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act solutions (FOIAXpress and ATIPXpress) as well as the maintenance renewal program. In addition to her primary roles, Pam oversees the Inside Sales team.
All finalists will be awarded either Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Awards at a gala event on Friday, February 22nd at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are very proud of our two finalists and all of our excellent support team!
